The location is fantastic for exploring downtown and enjoying seaside walks, with cramped breakfast areas being a downside. The dining experience can vary in attention to detail, and the facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, eclectic, and comfortable with a stunning view of Wellington from the balcony, though a bit limited in terms of views with just one window overlooking a back yard. The service was exceptional, with extremely friendly and helpful staff offering complimentary welcome drinks and even a half bottle of wine for the trip. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby attractions like Te Papa and Mount Victoria. The dining experience was delicious, especially with the bed and breakfast package at the dinky Cafe. However, the dining needed a bit of attention. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are large, comfortable, with great bathrooms, and even provide salts for lovely baths. The service is warm and welcoming, with helpful staff who are superb on all occasions. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from Cuba Street and other restaurants/bars. The dining experience is outstanding, including lovely options like the honey on the comb available before 8 am. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a cozy and convenient stay.
